A week ago, pictures obtained by the Daily Mail showed Selena walking alongside Zayn’s assistant, Taryn Zimmerman, at a restaurant in New York City called Nobu. This outing happened after a hostess posted a TikTok video claiming that one of her friends told her Selena and Zayn had gone on a date at the restaurant where she worked.
On top of the TikTok video, an eyewitness also claimed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that they saw Selena and Zayn kissing. “Selena and Zayn went out in SoHo in New York City last night at around 10:30 pm. They walked in holding hands and were kissing,” the eyewitness said. “Most of the people at the restaurant didn’t notice them. It seemed like they were comfortable being together and it was obvious that it was a date.”
Currently, neither Selena nor Zayn has confirmed or denied their rumored romance, but both of them have had high-profile relationships in the past. Selena famously dated singer Justin Bieber on and off for many years until 2018, while Zayn dated model Gigi Hadid on and off from 2015 until 2021. They have a daughter named Khai who is 2 years old, and they have been co-parenting since their split.
